Rapid Determination of U, Th, W and Mo in Geological Samples by ICP-MS

  • 摘要:建立一种使用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪快速测定地质样品中的铀、钍、钨、钼元素的方法.实验表明铀、钍、钨、钼检出限分别为:0.03,0.02,0.05,0.03 μg/g.四种元素相对标准偏差均小于10%,测定值均与推荐值吻合.该法适于大批量地质样品中铀、钍、钨、钼同时快速测定.

    Abstract:The experiment is to find out a method for the rapid determination of U, Th, W and Mo in geological samples by ICP-MS. The findings show that the detection limits are respectively 0.03μg/g, 0.02μg/g, 0.05μg/g, and 0.03μg/g. The relative standard deviation of the four elements is all below 10%. The measured results are consistent with the recommended results. Hence, this method is suitable for rapid determination of U, Th, W and Mo of geological samples in large quantities.
