火焰原子吸收法测定猪内脏中的铜

On the Determination of Copper in Pig's Haslet by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

  • 摘要:采用火焰原子吸收法对猪内脏中的铜进行了研究.研究结果表明,在取样量0.5 g左右、预消解时间0.5 h、V HNO3:V H2O2=1:1、消解时间3 min、中高火微波消解功率的条件下消解效果良好.测定铜的RSD为0.47%~1.69%,V HNO3:V H2O2样品的加标回收率为96.0%~1

    Abstract:The copper in pig's haslet was studied by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. It was found that the microwave digestion effect was satisfzctory under the following conditions: 0.5 g of pig's haslet sampling, 0.5 h of preliminary digestion, V HNO3:V H2O2=1:1, 3min of digestion time in mi-high fire microwave power. By this way, RSD was 0.47%~1.69% and the adding standard recovery was 96.%0~105.0%. The said method is characterized by low cost, and easy to handle, which makes it possible to find application in accurate and fast determination of copper.
