    • 摘要:辅导员的专业化发展是高校改革和发展的重要内容,也是国家和社会对辅导员发展的必然要求。高校辅导员专业化发展应通过制度创新、管理创新和学科建设三条路径来实现。

      Abstract:The counselors' professional development is the important content of reform and development of universities as well as the necessary demand from both our country and society. Such development can be realized through innovation of system and management and subject construction.
