Preparation of Magnetic Pectin/Chitosan Composite Microsphere and Its Adsorption Property

  • 摘要:果胶和壳聚糖在适当的体系下能复合成聚电介质复合物PEC,并采用Fe 3O 4修饰制备了一种吸附剂-Fe 3O 4-PEC复合磁性微球,并通过红外光谱、扫描电镜和差热分析对其进行表征.探究了以下四种因素对Fe 3O 4-PEC复合磁性微球吸附溶液中Cu 2+量的影响:吸附时间、吸附剂用量、Cu 2+的浓度和溶液的pH.结果表明,PEC复合磁性微球的有效吸附时间为1.5 h; 考虑到单位吸附量和去除率的影响,PEC复合磁性微球的最佳用量为50 mg; 铜离子的最佳初始浓度为100 μg/mL; 溶液的pH在5.72左右时,吸附量最佳,达到20.33 mg/g.

    Abstract:Pectin and Chitosan can be synthesized to dielectric complex PEC under a suitable system. An adsorbent was synthesized with PEC by combining the magnetic ferroferric oxide nanoparticles, which is characterized by IR,SEM and the TG/DTA. The conditions to the adsorption of Cu 2+were systemically investigated by the PEC composite magnetic microsphere absorbents, such as the adsorption time, the adsorbent dosages, the concentration of Cu 2+and the value of pH. The result shows that the best time of adsorption is 1.5 h by the PEC composite magnetic microspheres. Considering the unit adsorption and the removal rate, it is the best conditions to choose the dosage of 50 mg and the concentration of Cu 2+of 100 μg/mL. The value of pH should be controlled at about 5.72 because it can get the maximum adsorption, which can reach 20.33mg/g.
