Abstract:The judicial credibility is the lifeblood of justice as well as the focus in judicial system in the comprehensive reform deepened. It is necessary to re-examine the judicial system from the perspective of social governance to construct such credibility. And the judicial cooperation shows the transformation from management to governance. In such cooperation, reduction of judicial cost and judicial practice are the two main dimensions. And the connotation of judicial credibility lies in the harmonization between the two.
