Abstract:The transformation of local universities is doomed to come. But how to transform? People have not reached a universal agreement. This paper has based on the whole globe, quality, status as normal universities and high level, geared to the region, market, technology and application, and studied the relevant coping strategies. Further, it insists on the study of both normal and non-normal specialties and the gradual repelling of reform. We should make full and excellent development of normal specialties as well as other application majors.
