Abstract:The administrative enforcement is an important means to carry out the administrative decision. However, its enforcement may easily lead to the conflict with the other parties. Though there are some rules concerning the administrative enforcement reconciliation in Administrative Law, there has appeared a lot of problems in its implementation due to its rough content. Starting from the reality and legal rules, this paper has probed application of reconciliation means in the administrative enforcement in an attempt to construct a new system of administrative enforcement reconciliation that is in accordance with Chinese practice.
