Abstract:The Fourth Plenary Session of the 18 ^thCPC central committee proposed to improve law popularization system of public media from the political height of promoting the rule of law, which reflected the CPC's high value of the role of news media and orientation of public opinions. For doing so, we not only need the government to bear the responsibility of subject and strengthen their leadership of media's law popularization concerning public interest and the standardized management, but need the media to bear the responsibility of object, enhance their social duty, promote their positive interaction with government and society, speed up the innovation of media's law-popularized activities, and hence open a new epoch of legal publicity.
