学生参与高校师德师风监督的机制研究

A Study ofMechanism of Students' Participation in Supervision of Teachers' Morals in Universities

  • 摘要:学生参与高校师德师风监督是促进高校教师师德师风建设的重要途径。学生可以通过参与教师师德监督委员会、参与教师职称评审等方式对高校教师的政治立场、爱岗敬业、为人师表等方面进行监督。为确保学生参与高校师德师风监督的客观性和有效性,应在坚持构建和谐师生关系的前提下,增强学生的主动参与意识,并坚持反馈原则、多次监督原则及有限参与原则。

    Abstract:The students' participation in supervising the teachers' morals in universities is an important way to promote the construction of such morals. Students may conduct their supervision of teachers' political standing, career dedication and good models for others through participation in the supervision committee of teachers' morals or in evaluation of teachers' professional titles. To ensure the objectivity and effectiveness of their participation, we should strengthen the students' active participation consciousness and stick to the three principles: feedback, multiple supervision and limited participation on the premise of harmonious relationship between teachers and students.
