Abstract:The social responsibility is an important indicator to evaluate the quality of university students. And the cultivation of their sense of social responsibility is the important content of education, especially the ideological and political one in universities. As main force in such education, counselors are playing a key role in the cultivation of the university students' sense of social responsibility. It is of great practical significance for university students' growth and serving both our country and people to develop their function of education and guidance and make students to bear the social responsibility.
