Abstract:At present, university students are in circumstance of new media in which information flows concentrate and social ideological trends appear one after another. This endows the university students' legal attainment with new connotation and has posed higher requirements for them to analyze and solve problems. Starting from the connotation of university students' legal attainment, the paper has analyzed the problems of such attainment and their causes. Further, it has put forward some coping strategies from the four aspects in an attempt to be of some help for the cultivation of the students' legal attainment: content enrichment of legal attainment, full use of new media technology, innovation of legal education methods and purification of new media circumstance.
