Abstract:Since the year 2000, a lot of effective measures are adopted, such as revitalization by special columns, the strengthening of lateral ties, the emphasis of construction of the editor team, the stepping up of financial investment and accordingly the overall quality of the journal has seen substantial progress and the Journal of Neijiang Normal University has become an established journal that enjoys some academic reputation with tremendous social influence.
