高铝钢连铸结晶器保护渣研究概况

Review of Study on Mold Fluxes for High Aluminum Steels

  • 摘要:高铝钢连铸保护渣开发主要有三种思路,即 “反应性”的CaO-SiO 2渣系保护渣、 “非反应性”的CaO-Al 2O 3渣系保护渣以及“弱反应性”的CaO-SiO 2-Al 2O 3渣系保护渣.分别介绍了在这三种思路下进行的高铝钢保护渣的理论和应用研究以及不同渣系高铝钢保护渣的优缺点.最后指出:从工艺顺行的角度,CaO-SiO 2渣系保护渣仍是浇铸高铝钢的主要选择.

    Abstract:There are mainly three slag systems to study mold fluxes for high aluminum steels, which are “reactive” CaO-SiO 2slag system, “non-reactive” CaO-Al 2O 3slag system and “weakly reactive” CaO-SiO 2-Al 2O 3slag system. The theory and application research on mold fluxes of different slag systems for high aluminum steels and the advantages and disadvantages were introduced respectively. Finally, it is pointed out that mold fluxes of CaO-SiO 2slag system is the predominant choices in casting high aluminum steels.
