Abstract:Based on the review of the present situation of the Emei martial art and its development, and from the perspective of macro martial art view, a probe was made into the development problems and paths of the Emei martial art. The findings show that a balance must be stricken between theoretical study and practical development, between the technological heritage and reform innovation, between the organizing system and managerial approach, between the performing publicization and media generalization, between talents cultivation and brand shaping, between standardization and popularization so that the Emei Wushu can develop in a healthy, scientific and everlasting manner and provide some referential guidance for the survival and development of Emei Wushu culture.
