摘要:在概述绿色贸易壁垒涵义的基础上,从善意和恶意的角度对绿色贸易壁垒的内涵进行了探讨,介绍了绿色贸易壁垒的现状,如应用领域广泛、表现形式多样化、绿色贸易壁垒措施具有较强的动态性以及其设置具有一定的针对性,并就此分析了善意绿色贸易壁垒和恶意绿色贸易壁垒两种情况对进出口国产生的影响,指出我们应全面客观地看待绿色贸易壁垒.

Abstract:Based on the elaboration on what there is in the green trade barriers, from the virtuous and vicious perspective, an exploration is made into the connotations of the green trade barriers and the present situation is discussed in terms of the extensive fields of application, the diversified forms of green barriers and the dynamic strait of measures for combating green trade barriers and the strong pertinence of the counter measures, and the effects of virtuous and vicious green trade barriers on the export and import countries are examined and it is pointed out that an overall and objective look into the green trade barriers is needed.
