Abstract:Through a questionnaire survey of 187 college students, this article examines the differences between processing methods and damage types in moral judgment. It is found that the testees believe that the material loss brings a far greater moral harm than a psychological damage; and in terms of processing approaches, compared with analytical processing approach, the intuitive processing approach thinks the psychological harm is more immoral.
