A Review of Studies of Courses concerning the Training of AppliedTalents in the New Century

  • 摘要::随着应用型人才的提出,应用型人才培养课程也逐渐引起了学界的关注。通过课程目标、课程内容、课程实施以及课程评价等维度为单位,梳理分析了2000年以来关于应用型人才培养课程的研究。发现现有研究呈现出从某一学科出发探讨应用型人才培养课程的建设、注重中外经验的对比、研究的对象相对比较全面以及趋向人本化等特点,然而也存在研究方法单一、研究的深度和广度不足等问题。

    Abstract:With the proposition of applied talents, the relevant training courses have increasingly absorbed the attention from the academic circle. This paper has sorted out the various studies concerning the applied talents' courses since the year of 2000 with aim, content, implementation and evaluation of the course as units. And it has found that the current studies are characterized by transformation from the probe into the construction of the applied talents training course from one discipline, emphasis on the comparison between China and the foreign countries to the relatively comprehensive study objects and to humanization. In spite of that, there exist some problems like unitary research method and lack of depth and breadth of the studies.
