Abstract:The excellent campus culture is the soul of a university. And the healthy, upward and rich campus culture is an important path to students' growth. The specialty features have been formed through the long time construction and they play a role of importance in promoting the quality, efficiency and the talents' competitiveness of talents' training. Since the 18 ^thNational Congress of CPC, the “Chinese dream” has become the spiritual flag and main melody of our society. However, its realization cannot be separated from the construction of the advanced social culture. And the university campus culture is an integral part of the social culture. It will drive the realization of the “Chinese dream”. With School of Literature of Neijiang Normal University as an example, under the direction of the “Chinese dream”, this paper has probed into the specific paths to constructing brands of campus culture on the basis of specialty features.
