  • 摘要:构建高校思政课教师与辅导员的联系机制是充分发挥思政理论课在高校主流意识形态教育中主渠道作用的途径之一。高校思政课教师和政治辅导员是大学生思想政治教育的主要力量。为了提高大学生思想政治教育的针对性和实效性,达到共同的育人目标,构建高校思政课教师与辅导员的联系机制是十分必要与可行的。然而,长期以来两支队伍缺乏交流以及交流不畅等制约因素一直存在着。构建高校思政课教师与辅导员的联系机制必须健全组织领导机制、加强交流沟通机制、注重考核评价机制,发挥两支队伍的专长,做到优势互补,才能取得最佳的育人效果。

    Abstract:The construction of the connection mechanism between the ideological teachers and political counselors is one of the ways of playing the full role of the main ideological and political course as the mainstream ideological education in universities. The universities' ideological teachers and political counselors are the main force of university students' ideological and political education. In order to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of university students' ideological and political education and achieve the common goal of education, we find it necessary and feasible to construct the connection mechanism between the two groups. However, there have been constraints of lacking communication between them for a long time. In order to construct the connection mechanism between the two, we should improve the organization and leadership, strengthen the communication, highly value the evaluation mechanism, play the expertise of the two teams and absorb the advantages from each other, so as to achieve the best effect of education.
