Abstract:The think tanks in universities are characterized by convergence of interdisciplinary talents, solid theoretical foundation, and high academic influence. They are important places of creating new concepts and knowledge. However, such think tanks have some problems like weak comprehensive strength, low influence of decision making, imperfect system and mechanism. The promotion of the construction of universities' think tanks should be based on the perfection of external environment of educational decision consultation system. We can broaden the transformation paths of educational research fruits through transformation of research orientation, innovation of research methods, organizing the cooperative research of different subjects, strengthening the talent training and improving the comprehensive strengthen of research groups, perfection of supplies, consolidation of stimulation, reforming systems of information resource sharing and evaluation of scientific research fruit, establishment of net platform of transforming scientific research fruits, active alliance with mass media, and implementation of “revolving door” strategy.
