Selection of Rooting Medium for Semeu Trigonellae

  • 摘要:以蓝莓组培苗为试材,研究了不同的基本培养基、植物激素、活性炭和支持物对生根的影响.结果表明:蓝莓组培苗生根较好的基本培养基为WPM;以WPM 为培养基,添加不同浓度的几种植物激素,生根效果较的激素为IBA0.25mg/L,其生根率、平均根数、平均根长分别为40.0%、2.3条、1.8cm;以附加IBA0.25mg/L的WPM为培养基,添加2.0mg/L活性炭的生根效果明显,其生根率、平均根数、平均根长分别为80.0%、4.2条、3.5cm;以附加IBA0.25mg/L的WPM 为培养基,分别添加6.8mg/L的卡拉胶和琼脂做支持物,添加卡拉胶的生根效果较好,其生根率、平均根数、平均根长分别为75%、5.4条、3.0cm,植株长势健壮.

    Abstract:The effects of basic medium, plant hormones, activated carbon and support material on rooting were researched in this experiment, in which Semeu Trigonellae plantlets were used as materials. The results showed that the best basic medium for rooting of Semeu Trigonellae plantlets was WPM. When WPM was used as medium and added with several plant hormones of different concentrations, the optimal result is when the plant hormone was IBA0. 25mg/ L, with the rooting rate, average root number and average root length reaching up to40. 0%, 2.3 and1.8 cm, respectively. When WPM+ IBA0. 25 mg/ L was added with activated carbon2. 0 mg/ L, the rooting efficiency was much better than that of condition when no activated carbon was added to medium, with the rooting rate, average root number and average root length reaching up to80. 0%, 4. 2 and3. 5 cm, respectively. Similarly when the WPM+ IBA0. 25 mg/ L was added with support6. 8 mg/ L carrageenan and6. 8 mg/ L agar respectively, it was found that the better choice was the medium added with carrageenan, the rooting rate reached up to75%, the average root number and average root length reached to5. 4 and3. 0 cm. Based on the aboveexperiments, the technological data could be obtained to establish Semeu Trigonellae propagation system.
