体教专业健美操翻转课堂教学改革研究

On the Reform of the Flipped Classroom Teaching of Aerobics in Physical Education

  • 摘要:简述了体育翻转课堂内涵,分析了体育教育专业健美操普修课教学存在的问题:教学方法和过程格式化,教学内容单一,考评方式不完善等,提出了其翻转课堂教学改革的构想:应用“翻转课堂”教学方法,逐步完善教学过程;应用“翻转课堂”不断丰富教学内容;应用“翻转课堂”,不断完善优化评价体系,从而促进健美操教学方法的更新,提高学生学习的兴趣和教学质量.

    Abstract:A brief introduction to connotation of the flipped classroom teaching is done and analysis is done to spot the existing problems in the teaching of aerobics: the teaching method and the process of teaching are too formulaic, the content of teaching being too monotonous, incomplete means for evaluation. New idea for the reform of flipped classroom teaching is put forth: by application of the flipped classroom teaching method to improve the teaching process; the application of the flipped classroom teaching to verify the teaching content; and the application of the ideology to perfect the evaluation system, thus to renew the teaching methods of aerobics and enhance students’ interest in learning and the teaching quality.
