Abstract:The work A Book of Young Ladies in First Edition is unique among all collections of female poems. The choice of poems was made according to styles and had no extra demand for the composers’ identities. These poems chosen are graceful, gorgeous and charming. And they are largely concerned with female affairs. The critic perspective is characterized by pure feminization. And it explicitly put forward the view that the female poems should be different from their male counter- parts.
