Abstract:After Wu Kingdom surrendered to Jin Dynasty, the nostalgia of the two brothers LU Ji and LU Yun could be regarded as the model of the literati of the kingdom. A full examination of their poems and articles can tell us that their emo- tional knot not only included human relations and ethics, but involved the contradictory psychology before or after they became officials during the period when dynasties changed. A probe into their life stories is not only a study of words and deeds of orig- inal Wu’s literati as a paradigm, but also a revelation of reasons why the two brothers’ poems and articles in memory of their motherland were representative among all literati’s works.
