Study on the Long Term Mechanism for Cooperative Economy Organization’s Participation in Targeted Poverty Alleviation: A Case Study of the Agricultural Machinery Cooperative of the Tianping Village in Y County

摘要:合作经济组织在本轮精准扶贫中有着天生的益贫性,在多元主体中有着极强的社会主体代表性,文章以 Y县天坪村农机合作社为例,研究了合作经济组织在反贫中的内源性机制和参与市场经济运作的长效机制. 期望通过天坪村农机合作经济组织的实证研究,探索出一条以合作经济组织为主要载体的集体经济发展模式及其在反贫治理中的长效机制.

Abstract:Cooperative economy organizations are born with a conducive property in doing the job of targeted poverty alleviation, and with an extremely strong representativeness of the social subjects among the plural subjects. A case study of the Tianping Village Agricultural Machinery Cooperative is made to investigate the inherent mechanism for the participation of Coops in poverty alleviation and the long-term mechanism for Co-ops’ participation in market economy operation in hope of find- ing a collective economy development mode and a long-term mechanism for poverty alleviation in which Co-ops are taken as the major carriers through the empirical study of the Tianping Village Agricultural Machinery Cooperative organization.
