Micro Green Design of CO Reduction Experiment of Fe2O3

  • 摘要:CO还原 Fe2O3实验的微型绿色化设计,用2支支管试管分别作为产生 CO的反应器和检验 CO2、回收 CO的装置,实现了药品试剂的使用量减少,实验反应充分、迅速,现象明显;产生的 CO既是反应物,点燃回收尾气中的 CO又是实验热源能量的供给者;实现了实验过程中无 CO气体的直接排放,既节约能源又保护环境; CO 的制备和性质在同一个实验中得到体现,实现化学物质的制备与性质一体化;实现了化学教育的绿色化理念.

    Abstract:It is a micro innovative design of CO reduction experiment of Fe2O3 ,which two branch test tubes are used respectively as the reaction vessel and as the device for testing CO2 and the collector vessel so that it makes possible to use less a- mount of dosage of chemicals in the experiment. The experiment reaction is rapid and full; the phenomenon is visible; the CO obtained in the action is not only the reactant, but also the energy provider of the experiment when it is kindled to recollect the tail gas, which makes it possible that in the whole process of the experiment no CO is directly discharged thus the energy con- sumption is reduced and the environment protected; the preparation of CO and its properties are both observed in one single experi- ment thus the integration of the two is realized; this innovative design makes the ideology of green chemistry education a reality.
