Abstract:In big data time, collaborative pattern has become the“new normality” in technological innovation of universi- ties. The intellectual property right is the biggest factor which influences the fellowship among members of innovative collabo- ration. Universities may be confronted with some problems in such collaboration, like lack of unification between the cognition of and altitude to the intellectual property right, inexplicitness of ownership agreement, inadequate management and protec- tion, unreasonable interest-sharing mechanism. In such collaboration, the universities should attach much importance to the strategic planning before their cooperation, highlight the roles of collaborative rules and agreement, perfect the management and protection systems of intellectual property right, and improve the interest-sharing mechanism of such right.
