正念训练对大学生心理健康的影响

Mindfulness Training on College Students’ Psychological Health ——— Based on Satire Meditation Techniques

  • 摘要:为探讨正念训练———萨提亚冥想技术对大学生的心理健康影响,采用实验组—控制组前后测设计,对58名大一新生进行正念训练,其中实验组被试进行8周的冥想干预,控制组不作任何处理.结果表明:正念训练———萨提亚冥想技术有效提高了大学生的正念水平;有效降低了大学生的焦虑、抑郁水平;有效改善了大学生的人际困扰,但是在大学生的强迫得分上效果不显著. 正念训练———萨提亚冥想技术可以作为一套成长型正念训练模式对大学生心理健康进行有效干预.

    Abstract:In order to explore the effect of Mindfulness Training-the Satire Meditation Technique-on college students’ psychological health, by adopting the design of pre- and post-test of experiment group and control group, 58 college freshmen were subjected to Mindfulness Training, in which the testees in the experimental group are subjected to an eight-week inter- vention of meditation, and the control group is not given any treatment at all. The results show that mindfulness training-Sat- ire meditation techniques- improved students’ mindfulness ability, reduced the level of anxiety, depression; and their inter- personal problems relieved. However, in terms of obsession, no significant result is observed. Mindfulness training-Satire meditation techniques- could be used as an effective growth mindfulness training pattern to intervene the mental health of col- lege students.
