Abstract:" By aid of BIM technology,weak points of similar teaching platforms were subjected to careful examination. The overall train of thinking for teaching platform construction and concrete scheme are put forth, including the preparation of hardware and software and the specific means for implementation of the platform and so on,and further the preliminary effect of using such a platform is tested so as to reproduce in actual teaching process real life situations
that are undergoing in the process of constructive project implementation and management, thus get the students to simulate and experience as a constructive practitioner in a simulated environment in hope of solving the problem of the theories failing al- ways to fit into the reality and practice, and therefore to achieve the goals of quality education concerning talents cultivation scheme."
