    环境变迁下高校教研室的蜕变与改革路径

    Evolution and Choice of Innovation Paths of Teaching and Research Sections in Universities in the Changing Situation

    • 摘要: 我国高校教研室作为高等教育的一部分,其发展受到诸多社会复合环境特别是国内政治环境和经济环境的影响。 建国初期到改革开放之前,与高度集中的政治体制和计划经济相适应,高校教研室体现着政治性、行政主导性和教育教学为中心的特点;改革开放后,随着政治上工作中心转移到社会主义现代化建设、经济上建立社会主义市场经济,高校教研室原有存在的环境生态也发生了变化。 作为必然存在于高校体制之内的基层组织———教研室,需要在政治经济环境变迁中由封闭走向开放、由权力的倒三角走向正三角。基于当前高校内部治理方式的转变和应用技术转型的语境,应当改革外部权力关系,将教研室建成多中心枢纽。

       

      Abstract: As a part of higher education, the teaching and research sections at universities have been influenced by many
      social complex environments, especially the national political and economic ones. From the founding of the PRC to the begin- ning of opening and reform, adapted to the highly centralized political system and planning economy, they manifested the poli- tics, administrative orientation and education as the center. After the opening and reform, the original existent environment of
      these sections has changed with shifting of the work center to the modern socialist construction politically and to the establish- ment of socialist market economy. As an integral part of university system, these teaching and research sections need to step from sealing into opening and from the power’s inverted triangle to the erect one due to the alternation of their original environ- ment. Because of change of the universities’ internal management and transformation of practical technology, we should re- form the external power relationships and construct the teaching and research sections as the center junctions.
