Abstract: The popularization of Emei Wushu culture is faced with tough challenges. A brief introduction of the evolving periods and path is given for the promotion and popularization of the Emei Wushu and an analysis of the existing problems and leading causes are made and it is concluded that the phenomenon of“information island” is emerging due to the resources sepa- ration and the plight of popularization arises from the off-line fixed point promotion owing to traditional concepts. Therefore, a popularization path both online and off line is put forward: 1. new media matrix shall be established so as to eliminate separa- tion in order that an allied integrated propagation path is established;2. to innovate our ideas and to build a propagation path that could be shifted between online and offline freely and can be connected or disconnected without restraints so it can catch up with development of information society. Priority must be given to the popularization so that people’s needs could be well satisfied.
