    Design Conceptionfora Dynamic Method to Measure Optical Fiber Modulus

    • 摘要: 本文简要地分析了常用的几种测量材料的杨氏模量方法的特点和适用性. 根据动态法测量材料的杨氏模量的实验装置,探讨了悬挂式测试台在测量单模光纤杨氏模量中存在的不足之处,提出了悬挂式改为支撑式带刻度尺测试台的设计构想,在此基础上给出了动态法测量光纤模量的装置设计构想方案,并给出了相应的计算公式.

       

      Abstract: A brief analysis was made of the characteristics and applicability of a few commonly used materials for measur-
      ing Young’s modulus. Based on the Young’s modulus experimental device using measurement materials of dynamic method, the shortcomings of the hanging test stand for measuring the Young’s modulus of single mode fiber were investigated, the de- sign conception scheme in which the suspension type was replaced with a support type scale accompanied with a measuring table was put forward, on the basis of which, a new design scheme for measuring fiber modulus via dynamic method was proposed, and the corresponding calculation formula was presented.
