Abstract: Library, as an important part of the campus culture construction, has to make it its core task to serve the
readers heart and soul. The services the library provides are becoming increasingly digital, internet-based and open. Major changes that the library is now undergoing in the digital environment are as follows: the change in library resources construc- tion, the serving mode change. Corresponding measures are suggested from the three parts of the managerial staff, the quality of librarians and the recipients of library services with the focus placed on the construction of a comfortable library style, digi- tized environment so that, through incessant exploration and innovation, the quality of services and atmosphere of the library can be heightened to a brand new level.
