幼儿共情的研究综述

A Research Review of Children’s Empathy

  • 摘要:共情是指个体理解和体验他人内心世界和情绪情感状态的能力, 合理运用共情有助于激发幼儿的亲社会行为、抑制攻击性行为, 对帮助幼儿形成正确价值观、建立优秀品格以及处理良好人际关系等都有不可小觑的意义.现有关于幼儿共情的研究主要从以下方面展开:共情的概述、幼儿共情的影响因素及对幼儿社会性发展的影响.关于共情的概念至今没有一个统一的定论, 研究的目的和角度不同, 学者们对共情概念的界定也各有侧重;幼儿共情的影响因素主要包含年龄与性别、认知能力、情绪情感、人际交往、亲子关系、教育训练6个方面;而共情对幼儿社会性发展的影响主要体现在促进亲社会行为、抑制攻击性行为、影响幼儿道德发展、提高幼儿情绪调节能力四方面.现通过梳理研究文献, 希望能使大众对幼儿共情有一个深入了解, 同时为后续幼儿共情能力的培养提供理论依据和实践指导.但现有研究仍有以下不足:第一是年龄对共情的影响存在争议, 未来还应继续研究;二是幼儿共情与其亲社会行为之间的具体关系也应做进一步探讨;三是目前涉及到幼儿共情机制研究的文献极少, 未来还有待深入研究.

    Abstract:Empathy is the ability to understand and experience the inner world and emotional state of others.Useing reasonably empathy helps to stimulate young children’s prosocial behavior, restrain the aggressive behavior.It is of great importance to help children form correct values, establish good character and deal with good relationships.The existing research on children’s empathy is mainly from the following aspects:the overview of empathy, the influence factors of the children’s empathy and the impact on the social development of children.There is no unified theory on the concept of empathy, the purpose and angle of the study are different, so scholars have different definitions of the concept of empathy.The influence factors of children’s empathy mainly included six aspects:age and gender, cognitive ability, emotional emotion, interpersonal communication, parent-child relationship, education training.The influence of empathy on the social development of children is mainly reflected in four aspects:promoting pro-social behavior, inhibiting aggressive behavior, influencing children’s moral development, and improving their emotional regulation ability.By combing the research literature, we hope that the public can have a deep understanding of the children’s empathy, and provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the cultivation of children’s empathy ability.However, the existing research still has the following shortcomings:first, the influence of age on empathy is controversial and should continue to be studied in the future.Second, the specific relationship between the children’s empathy and their pro-social behavior should be further explored;Third, there are few literatures related to the research on the mechanism of infant empathy, and further research is needed in the future.
