基于中兴通讯财务云环境的协同创新策略

On the Collaborative Innovation Strategies Based on ZTE Financial Cloud

  • 摘要:财务云的迅速发展使协同创新出现新态式, 建立基于财务云的优势平台和应用服务成为大势所趋.基于财务云服务下的协同创新可以提供加速资源汇聚、提炼创新要素的高效整合平台, 实现多方的有益深度合作.本文以中兴通讯作为研究对象, 针对其在协同创新中存在的安全隐患、科技成果转化效率较低、协同创新层次低下等问题, 提出加强产学研协同创新的策略, 并进一步建立企业、大学与科研院所的战略伙伴关系, 进而促进财务云环境下企业协同创新模式持续发展.

    Abstract:The rapid development of the financial cloud has spurred the emergence of a new form of collaborative innovation, which has made it the general trend to establish the financial-cloud-based advantage platform and application service.Based on financial cloud services, the collaborative innovation can provide high-efficiency integration platforms for accelerating resource convergence and refining innovative elements, and thus to achieve beneficial in-depth multiparty cooperation.The article takes ZTE as a research subject, and gives an analysis of problems like the hidden safety risk, the low transformation rate of scientific achievements, the low end of collaborative innovation, and then puts forward the strategy of Industry-Academy-Research collaborative innovation and further promotes the strategic partnership between enterprises, universities and scientific research institutes thus to push forward the sustainable development of the enterprises’ collaborative innovation mode under the financial cloud environment.
