博尔诺夫的教育气氛思想及其对幼儿园教师的启示

Bollnow’s Educational Atmosphere Thought and Its Inspiration for Kindergarten Teachers

  • 摘要:在《教育人类学》中,博尔诺夫主要从幼儿的安全感;儿童的愉快心境;教育者的爱和信任以及耐心四个方面对其教育气氛思想进行了论述。这对幼儿园教师为幼儿创造适宜的教育气氛具有重要的启示,即幼儿园应是充满安全感的场所;幼儿园应是让幼儿拥有愉快心境的场所;幼儿教师应对幼儿充满爱和信任;幼儿教师应对幼儿充满耐心。

    Abstract:In his work Educational Anthropology, Bollnow has expounded his educational atmosphere thought from four aspects of children’s sense of security, their happy mood, educator’s love and trust, and their patience.This is highly inspired for the kindergarten teachers to create the appropriate atmosphere for children.Namely, kindergartens are the safe places in which children have the happy mood.And kindergarten teachers should give their love and trust to children, and be patient enough to them.
