《大学》“入德之门”的德育价值及启示
On Value of“Moral Threshold”of Great Learning and Its Inspiration

摘要:作为“四书”之首的《大学》, 以“修身”为其中心, 培育高尚的道德人格作为理想目标, 在这个具有新的时代主题的历史新语境中, 其“入德之门”的立意、属性, 与道德人格自拔的重要作用亟需得到再一次的诠释。由此, 关注《大学》在德育过程中培育道德品格和彰明道德理性的现实作用, 首要须树立主体的个性化道德目标, 使其贯彻“君子儒”的恒德理念;其次则需要内化动态组织道德, 使德育对象自觉融入社会伦理共同体, 承担社会责任和家庭义务。通过发扬《大学》对个体人格养成的启示价值, 推进经典在学校德育教育中的运用, 这也即是其对当代德育的重要理论价值和借鉴作用。Abstract:As the head of“Four Books”, Great Learningtakes self-cultivation as its center and training the noble moral personality as its ideal.In this historical language environment, the purpose and nature of its moral threshold together with the important role of moral personality need to be reinterpreted.Accordingly, to pay close attention to the book’s practical role of cultivating morality and protruding the moral reason, we need first to set up our individual moral object and implement the moral concept of“Confucian gentleman”.And then, we need to internalize the dynamic moral in an attempt to fuse the objects of moral education into the social ethic community and hence bear their social and familial responsibilities.Through development of the inspiring value of Great Learningfor the formation of personality, we can promote the employment of the classic work in the schools’ moral education, which is its important theoretical value and reference significance.
