四川地方师范院校专业发展的困惑及应对策略

摘要:建设教育强国是实现中华民族伟大复兴的基础工程, 必须把教育事业放在优先位置。高等师范院校在发展中大力发展非师范专业, 单一为基础教育培养师资的办学目标已在向综合性目标的方向发展。在这种变革中, 师范院校的教师教育也面临着前所未有的困惑。整体布局、分类指导、渐进式推进高校转型, 完善教师教育体系, 推进师范培养与教师培训一体化, 严格教师资格考试, 强化师范专业认证, 确保教师质量, 寻求适合新时代教师教育的新模式是目前的主要任务。Abstract:The construction of an educational power is the fundamental project to bring about the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.And the education should come first.The normal universities have already developed the non-normal majors.And their single goal of training teachers for the fundamental education has changed gradually into a comprehensive one.In such innovation, the teachers’ education of these normal universities has also experienced the dilemma they have ever met.The main tasks of universities at present include overall planning, classification guidance, gradual promotion of universities’ transformation, perfection of teachers’ education to speed up the integration between normal and teachers’ training, standardization of teachers’ qualification examination to intensify the normal professional certification to guarantee the teachers’ quality, and pursuit for the new mode for the teachers’ education in the new times.
