Abstract:A typical impoverished village in the hilly areas of Sichuan——the Sanguan Village——is taken as the research sample.By means of field investigation, interview of the aid-receiving villagers and consultation of relevant literature and documents, an analysis is made of the effective measures for the implementation of targeted poverty relief work and the existing problems and the challenges.It is proposed that efforts should be directed to the enhancement of pertinency and practicality of measures;the initiative and enthusiasm of the impoverished people should be mobilized.These measures are intended for shedding light on the job of point-to-point precise poverty relief.
