分数概念的演变及其教学启示

The Evolution of the Concept of Fraction and Its Teaching Enlightenments

  • 摘要:分数概念理解对于学生的分数学习乃至数学学习都至关重要.通过分析“部分/整体”、“测量”、“除法”、“集合论”这四种历史上分数的产生途径, 发现分数概念的演变过程, 与整数系向有理数系的扩充密不可分.基于分数概念演变的分析, 得出三点教学启示:教学顺序遵循分数演变过程;教学内容渗透数学基本思想;教学实施注重数系扩充.

    Abstract:The understanding of the concept of fraction is of vital importance in the students’ learning of fraction and even in their learning of mathematics on the whole.By analyzing the four ways of fraction generation of“Part-Whole”, “Measurement”, “Division”, “Set-theory”, it was found that the process of evolution of fraction is inseparable from the successful expansion from an integer system to rational number system.And based on the above analysis, three teaching inspirations are obtained:The teaching procedures must be arranged in accordance with the process of fraction evolution;the teaching content must be made to permeate the basic ideas of mathematics;the teaching practice should focus on the enlargement of number system.
