    基于Seligman幸福理论的大学生PERMA幸福感问卷编制及其信效度检验

    Development of the undergraduates PERMA flourish questionnaire based on Seligman flourish theory and its reliability and validity test

    • 摘要:为了编制大学生PERMA幸福感问卷,基于Seligman的PERMA幸福感模型,结合前期访谈以及文献研究编制问卷初版,对223名大学生初步施测,最后通过问卷正式版对527名大学生正式施测,并在6周后对其中131名大学生进行重测.结果呈现大学生PERMA幸福感问卷包含5个因子,共17个项目,模型结构拟合良好稳定,且效度和信度各指标均良好,验证了Seligman的幸福2.0理论在我国大学生群体的本土化,可以作为有效测量大学生PERMA幸福感的工具.

      Abstract:To develop the undergraduates PERMA flourish questionnaire, based on Seligman PERMA flourish model, combined with previous interviews and literature research, the first version questionnaire was developed, and 223 undergraduates were selected to complete the preliminary survey. And then a total of 527 undergraduates were formally tested through the formal version questionnaire, and 131 of them were retested after 6 weeks. The results showed that the undergraduates PERMA flourish questionnaire included 5 factors and 17 items. The model structure was well-fitted and stable, and the validity and reliability of each index were good. It verified the localization of Seligman's flourish theory in Chinese undergraduates, which can serve as an efficacious tool for measuring undergraduates' PERMA flourish.
