    Creation of Talent Training Mode “Fusion of Technology into Creation and Three-step Progress” and Its Practice——With Mechanical and Eletrical Majors in Guang'an Vocational College as an Example

    • 摘要:党的二十大报告提出要全面提高人才自主培养质量。人才培养模式的创新是高职教育人才培养质量保障的重要举措。通过分析传统高职机电类专业人才培养存在的主要问题，提出了"技创融通、三阶递进"人才培养模式。实践证明该人才培养模式符合国家对提高人才培养质量的新要求，适应国家制造业和产业变革对机电类技术技能人才培养的新需要，能有效提升高职机电类专业教学水平与人才培养质量。
