Abstract:In the context of high-quality and intelligent development of the construction industry, accelerating technological innovation, “industry-academia-research-application” collaborative innovation development model is on the agenda.Based on the analysis of the connotation characteristics and development mode of “industry-academia-research-application”, this study establishes the “industry-academia-research-application” collaborative innovation model, and takes the “industry-academia-research-application” collaborative innovation model implemented by China Construction Technology Co. Through the overall R&D investment in the construction industry, we point out the problems of the “industry-academia-research-application” collaborative innovation model implemented by China Construction Technology and the current situation as an example, and formulate corresponding innovation countermeasures. It is suggested that enterprises should improve their “industry-academia-research-application” collaborative innovation model in terms of innovative organizational design, perfect information communication and sharing, coordinate resources of all parties, improve the level of collaborative management, establish a sound mechanism for transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and avoid disconnection between various links of “industry-academia-research-application”. The “collaborative innovation mode” will improve the efficiency of enterprise scientific research.
