Abstract:As one specific manifestation of artificial intelligence (AI), code of ethics of AI not only embodies the general principles of law but also features ethical cognition and practices. The mode of code of ethics of AI is constructed through four aspects: the understanding of AI ethics, the moral principles of code of ethics of AI, the relationship between the law regarding AI and morality, and the implications of code of ethics of AI. In the development of AI, it is not sufficient to merely master ethical aspects. It is also essential that human exploration be attached upon the moral character of technology while human beings pursue an optimal life. With a strong sense of responsibility for the well-being of human beings, it is necessary to create a legal environment for AI and comply with ethical standards in the field of AI.
