农村现代化背景下学生返乡就业意愿研究——基于改进的整合技术接受模型
The Inclination of University Students Returning Their Hometown for Employment Under the Modernization of Rural Areas

摘要:对四川省1017名大学生进行问卷调查发现,大部分农村发展环境对大学生缺乏吸引力,创新创业实践环境和硬件条件不理想,政策体系还不完善,公共服务体系有待优化,缺乏相应制度资金支持。此外,高校创业师资队伍薄弱、创新创业实践活动效果不佳,大学生创业意识缺乏,高校大学生没有真正得到实践锻炼。因此,在国家层面上,应对政策体系进行完善。政府应出台促进大学生返乡就业的措施,加大农村环境综合整治力度,优化大学生创业就业服务体系,进一步加强融资支持,解决返乡大学生创业融资难题。同时,要开发利用好乡村的各类闲置资产,便于后续使用。在学校层面上,应帮助大学生提高返乡就业、创业的能力,营造良好的创业氛围,激发创业热情。同时,加强对师资队伍培训体系的建设,提升与市场对接力度,强化大学生创业实践能力。Abstract:A questionnaire survey of 1,017 university students in Sichuan Province revealed the following aspects to be improved. Firstly, the development environment of rural areas is generally less attractive to university students. Secondly, the practice environment, hardware of innovation and entrepreneurship are far from being ideal. Thirdly, the policy system is to be perfect yet. Fourthly, there is a need in optimizing the system of public service. Fifthly, the institutional and financial support concerned are insufficient. In addition, the entrepreneurship faculty in universities fail to meet the requirement for innovation and entrepreneur expected by students. The effectiveness of innovation and activities of entrepreneurship practice is unsatisfactory as well. Even worse, university students not only lack for entrepreneurial awareness, but also have not received practical training. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the policy system at the national level. The government should: 1) introduce measures to promote employment of university students returning to rural areas; 2) increase efforts of comprehensive improvement in the rural environment; 3) optimize the service system of the entrepreneurship and employment for university students; 4) further strengthen financing support; and 5) solve the financing difficulties faced by university students returning to their hometowns for entrepreneurship. At the same time, it is necessary to develop and utilize various idle assets in rural areas for future use. In terms of universities, efforts should be made to help university students improve their capabilities in returning to rural areas for employment and entrepreneurship, create a favorable entrepreneurial atmosphere, and stimulate entrepreneurial enthusiasm. Meanwhile, it is important to strengthen the training system of the faculty. It is also necessary to enhance the integration between the training system and market. As a result, the capabilities of university students’ practical entrepreneur are improved.
