云南光唇鱼泌尿系统形态学与组织学观察

Morphology and Histological Observation on Urinary System ofAcrossocheilus yunnanensis

  • 摘要:采用解剖学及石蜡切片技术,详细观察了云南光唇鱼( Acrossocheilus yunnanensis)的泌尿系统.结果表明:云南光唇鱼头肾2个,为淋巴样组织构成的块状实体组织.中肾包含肾小体和肾小管,其中,肾小体在中肾中段分布最多且有一定的聚集现象,属于典型淡水真骨鱼类的中肾单位.肾小管由颈段、第一近端小管、第二近端小管、远端小管和集合管组成.第一、第二近端小管上皮为单层柱状上皮,上皮细胞游离面具有刷状缘;远端小管与集合管管腔上皮细胞游离面无刷状缘.膀胱为输尿管膀胱,黏膜上皮为变移上皮且上皮中分布有分泌细胞.

    Abstract:Urinary system of the Acrossocheilus yunnanensiswas observed in detail by anatony and paraffin section technique. The results showed that there are two head kidney of A. yunnanensis. Composed of lymphoid tissue, the headkidney is a massive solid tissue. The mesonephros includes renal corpuscle and renal tubules. Aggregation of renal corpuscles was observed in renal corpuscles and it mostly occurred in the middle of mesonephros, which indicated that thenephron of A.yunnanensisbelongs to that of a typical nephron of freshwater teleosts. The renal tubules are composed of 5 segments:the neck segment, primary and second proximal segment, distal segment and the collecting tube. The epithelia of the primary and second proximal segment are simple columner epithelium, and there are abundant brush borders at the free surface of epithelia cells, however these brush borders are absent in the distal segment and collecting tube had no brush borders. The urinary bladder belongs to the tubal bladder type, and there are secretory cells in the transitional epithelium of the bladder mucous membrane.
