On the Context of Presence and Conceptual Meaning of Justice in Family Education

  • 摘要:家庭教育公平是我国学界尚未广泛研究但又亟须研究的重要理论问题和现实问题。从出场语境来看,家庭教育公平是教育公平研究的学术增长点;家庭教育公平是"双减"研究的重要向度;家庭教育公平是家庭教育研究的应有之义。基于形式性公平和实质性公平,可将家庭教育公平的意涵进行四重判读,分别是家庭教育公平的"权利说"和"机会说""资源平等享有说""平等对待说""美好生活向往说"。

    Abstract:Justice in family education (JFE) is an important theoretical and practical issue that has not been widely studied, but needs to be addressed in the academic field of China. From the perspective of the presence context, JFE is an academic growth point in the research of educational justice. It is also an important dimension of research in "double reduction". It is what is expected in the research of family education. Based on formal justice and substantive one, the implication of justice in family education can be interpreted in four points of view: rights, opportunity, equal access to resources, equal treatment theory, and aspiration for better life.
