On the Making of Mental Qualities Questionnaire for High School Teachers

  • 摘要:以中学教师为被试,通过开放性访谈、预测和正测,结合SPSS和AMOS分析软件,介绍了中学教师心理素质问卷的标准化编制过程,其内部一致性信度为0.865,分半信度为0.821,验证性因素分析显示其结构效度较好.进一步对中学教师心理素质进行横向和纵向的调查,发现当前中学教师心理素质水平处在中等偏高水平,但各因子发展水平并不均衡,且其总体水平随着年龄增长呈现"高低低高"的U型发展态势.

    Abstract:Take high-school teachers as subjects, by use of SPSS & AMOS, the standardized making process of a mental quality questionnaire is expounded in detail. Results show that the coefficient of internal consistency of this questionnaire is satisfactory (0.865); its split-half reliability is 0.821. The confirmatory factor analysis reveals a satisfactory structural validity. A further lateral and vertical survey finds that the high-school teachers’ mental quality stays at an upper middle level, and an unbalanced development of the 7 factors in teachers is detected with a u-shape developing trend as their age increases.
