On the Educational Modernization in Rural Areas in Sichuan Province

摘要:了解四川省农村教育现代化的现状,通过对四川省8个市的96所学校和32个教育局的调查结果表明:四川省农村教育现代化的雏形基本形成,但人力、财力和物力资源在一定程度上制约农村教育现代化的进程。以20世纪末国际上和上海、天津等县区的教育现代化的指标与参数为参照,提出了推进四川省农村教育现代化机制与策略,建构其评估指标体系。

Abstract:In order to know the current situation of the educational modernization in the rural areas in Sichuan, we made a survey on the 96 schools and 32 education bureaus of 8 cities in Sichuan. And the investigation shows that the educational modernization in rural areas in Sichuan has basically realized. In spite of that, finance, personnel and resources have kept it to go further. Taking the index of such modernization in Tianjin and Shanghai as reference, we have proposed the mechanism, strategy and evaluation system for driving it further.
