Abstract:With the rapid development of network technology, the Internet has become a fundamental means for readers to acquire information. And university libraries should be immerged in the teaching informationization. And we should note that the development in network and information technology not only provides the premise for the information construction in university libraries but decides their direction of development. Meanwhile, university libraries should make preparation to meet the new challenge in the specific service and quality and concept of their services.
